obscuremind cc0c2a9acb fix: import UserCredits in the users API, list keep_syslog for nodes and post the players' actions in tests 
The admin users API called UserCredits without importing it. cron:cleanup
reads keep_syslog on nodes too, so the node settings allowlist carries it.
Tests compare balances stored as DECIMAL by value, and sign out and order
bouquets with the POST the players now send.
