- CONTRIBUTING.md / tools/README.md: remove the deleted dts-audio-test row
  and update the test-stream-generator description (now generates a
  synthetic pattern, no input file).
- docs/adr/plan-ffmpeg-per-distro-distribution.ru.md: table/list whitespace
  reformat only.
