watch and plex now live in their own repos and may not be present until provisioned, but core/domain/admin code called their service classes directly and would fatal (class not found) when they were missing. Guard every real call site with class_exists() and degrade cleanly: - Domain\Vod\MovieService / SeriesService: empty watch categories. - ArchiveController / AdminPlexController: empty recordings / plex servers. - AdminAPIWrapper watch endpoints: return STATUS_FAILURE. - Legacy post.php / api.php dispatch branches: failure result. Also drop stale, unused module-class imports from console.php, ServiceContainer, Router and ModuleLoader (PHP never autoloaded them; pure cleanup). Behaviour is unchanged when the modules are installed. Note: this is graceful degradation, not full dependency inversion — the panel still names the module classes at the guarded call sites.
