Divarion-D d410161806 fix(domain): null-safe reseller credit math and TMDb credits parsing 
Default $rCost to 0 on non-charge paths (credit math and logs unchanged) and
guard TMDb cast/crew iteration with ?? [] so missing credits data no longer
triggers undefined-variable / foreach-on-null warnings.
