Divarion-D 6e44e7ed03 fix(server): persist ramdisk toggle to use_disk column ...

The "Disable Ramdisk" toggle had no effect. RootSignalsCronJob
continuously reconciles the actual tmpfs mount to servers.use_disk, but
ServerService::processStreaming() never wrote that column — it only
emitted a one-time enable/disable signal. The next cron tick saw the
unchanged use_disk value and reverted the mount, so the setting never
stuck.

Persist use_disk from the disable_ramdisk checkbox on save
(checked => use_disk = 1) so the cron reconciliation keeps the mount in
the state the admin selected.
