Divarion_D 46c017e9e0 docs: update auth/session guide for the bootstrap consolidation ...

functions.php and session.php were removed. Repoint the admin session
validation, lifecycle and file-reference sections at
AdminScopeBootstrap::hydrateAdminContext(), the shared
SessionManager::adminSessionValid() integrity guard, and SessionController
(the AJAX session-poll route). docs/ru is regenerated at release.
