Move $rSettings, $rServers, $redis from explicit parameters to global access inside functions. This eliminates inconsistent mixed patterns where some globals were passed as args and others accessed via global. Changed signatures: - StreamAuth::checkAccess() - removed $rServers, $rSettings params - OffAirHandler::getOffAirVideo() - removed $rSettings param - OffAirHandler::showVideoServer() - removed $rSettings, $rServers params - ConnectionLimiter::closeConnections() - removed $redis, $rSettings, $rServers - ConnectionLimiter::closeConnection() - removed $redis, $rSettings, $rServers - ProxySelector::availableProxy() - removed $rServers, $rSettings params All callers updated accordingly.
