Reduce filesystem pressure by caching process checks.
Replace blocking sleeps with non-blocking waits.
Move live, timeshift and VOD file operations to async I/O.
Improve segment encryption wait logic with async monitoring.
Lower CPU usage and improve stream responsiveness.
