Divarion_D e9cfc8351d refactor(views): eliminate the renderUnifiedLayoutHeader() global wrapper ...

Public/Views/layouts/admin.php defined one global function
(renderUnifiedLayoutHeader()), itself a thin delegate to
XcVm\Core\Util\LayoutRenderer::renderHeader(). Its only real callers were
BaseAdminController, BasePlayerController, BasePlayerV2Controller (each
render()) and admin/setup.php — all converted to call LayoutRenderer
directly (use import + LayoutRenderer::renderHeader($scope)), dropping
the now-unnecessary require_once of layouts/admin.php in each.

With zero remaining callers of the global function anywhere in the
codebase (verified by full-tree grep), layouts/admin.php itself is
deleted. Updated the two remaining comment references to it
(admin/header.php, layouts/reseller/header.php) and a stale doc claim
in BaseAdminController's own docblock (it never actually called the
footer function — that's left to each page view template).
