- A direct-proxy movie was relayed by a PHP-FPM worker with cURL for the whole
download. With a daemon that fetches sources ("file_urls"), vod.php still
probes the source's size and type, then hands the source URL over in the
manifest: the daemon fetches it with the viewer's range, paced as the
relay was (past 512 MB, three times the movie's average rate).
- A timeshift HLS segment (an archive minute, or a partial first one) was read
by segment.php; a daemon that serves files now serves it, with no viewer to
count (an HLS row is not tracked per segment).
- FanoutClient::supports() asks for any feature, kept a minute as before.
ADR 0004 records both, and the daemon's file roots.
