dd48bab60a
Modules injected their keys into Translator::$enTranslations via Reflection, so the Translations page denominator (core + module keys) never matched the numerator (core .ini only). ModuleLoader now registers each module's lang/ directory via Translator::addModuleDir(), and load(), englishTranslations() and TranslationStore all read through the new Translator::shipped(), so runtime and stats see the same keys.
