* added opt-in bounded Flussonic HLS catch-up

- Add flussonic_hls_catchup input option with native default
- Generate bounded archive sources during M3U import

For M3U inputs, `flussonic_hls_catchup: bounded_archive` generates a `catchup-source` for live entries with
`catchup="fs"`, no existing source, and a `/CHANNEL/mono.m3u8` URL. The generated URL uses
`/CHANNEL/archive-{utc}-{duration}.m3u8` and preserves the scheme, host, and query string, including tokens.
The live URL, explicit sources, other URL forms, and native TS entries remain unchanged. Archive requests use
the existing explicit-source range validation and HLS sessions. Missing archives are unavailable without a
fallback to live playback or moving timeshift playlists. Omit the option or set `native` to retain native behavior.
