Updated the Stalker input handling. Profile decoding now accepts JSON numbers or numeric strings for status and max_connections, while rejecting malformed values. Bootstrap handling now stops on a decode error or HTTP 429, preserving the useful error instead of cycling through more recipes. * **Bug Fixes** * Improved compatibility with provider profiles that represent numeric fields as strings, while rejecting invalid values. * Handshake requests now stop retrying when rate-limited or when responses cannot be decoded; HTTP 429 responses are reported immediately. * Rate limits encountered while fetching profiles also stop further retries.
