* feat: improve Flussonic/TiviMate M3U catchup and DVR playback

Unified catchup-type export, default Wink append template, leaked relative
DVR path recovery, session-based archive EPG reference, and panel archive
playback helpers for Flussonic-style origins.

* fix: Flussonic/BitTV archive Streams sticky panel and catchup routing

Prefer catchup-type for Flussonic detection, keep archive rows stable across HLS segments without immortal ghosts, scroll Active Streams list, and dedupe HLS chips.
