* feat(epg): make smart matching deterministic and programme-aware Centralize XMLTV and ICS candidate ranking, validate matches against programme availability, and reuse populated IDs across normalized stream variants. Reject ambiguous, numeric-conflicting, cross-country, and decorative matches while respecting source priority and correcting stale IDs. Extend normalization defaults, diagnostics, documentation, and regression tests. * fix(epg): address smart matching review feedback Retain directly referenced XMLTV channels without treating empty guides as valid smart-match candidates. Harden UTF-8 marker stripping, limit guide-name collection, refine decorative entry detection, avoid repeated country parsing, and document the normalization migration path.
