Ludy87 2a36a3c585 Enable native keyring features for Apple and Windows 
Updated the keyring dependency in Cargo.toml to enable 'apple-native' and 'windows-native' features, improving native integration on those platforms. Cargo.lock updated to reflect new and updated dependencies.
