- Details step: prefill the contact email from the linked account so the buyer
doesn't retype it (fresh quotes only; re-edits keep their saved value).
- Sign step: replace the single "Download PDF" (which only fetched the quote)
with two download-icon buttons — "Agreement" and "Quote". Agreement downloads
the current unsigned MSA (new GET /agreement/document/pdf, rendered on the fly
from the filled agreement, resilient to WeasyPrint being absent); Quote keeps
the existing quote-PDF download. Dropped the now-unused milestone.download key.
Verified: saas compiles; portal typecheck, eslint, prettier, toml-sort,
translation audits, 176 tests.
