posthog-eu[bot]andGitHub ce5e176a44 Fix pt-BR download label mislabeled as "Baixar (JSON)" ...

The generic `download` key in pt-BR (both the root table and `[fileManager]`)
was set to "Baixar (JSON)" instead of "Baixar". This key flows through
useFileActionTerminology into the shared download button (e.g. ReviewToolStep),
so pt-BR users saw every tool's Download button labeled "Baixar (JSON)",
implying a JSON export regardless of the actual output format.

en-US uses plain "Download" for this key; pt-PT already uses "Transferir".
No other locale carries the "(JSON)" suffix on the download key.
