Reece e1912847d6 feat(workbench): make the viewer tool row retractable ...

A chevron at the right of the viewer's tool row hides it to give the
document more height; a small tab on the bar's bottom-right edge brings it
back. Scoped to the viewer - other views keep their tool row visible. Also
swaps the in-document search icon to find-in-page.
