Seal method to avoid potential reference to uninitialized members.

The constructor calls the Position property's setter. To avoid
potential references to uninitialized members, we disallow a subclass
from overriding the implementation.

Mark fields that shouldn't be reassigned as readonly.

This makes it explicit at compile-time that these fields should not be
reassigned outside the constructor.
