Kenneth Hsu be65f58059 Remove unused properties. 
Although these are returned in the JSON from Google Cloud and Google
Drive, they are unused.  Json.NET by default will ignore JSON properties
that do not have corresponding class properties.

Kenneth Hsu 953daae9bb Fix quota reporting with GoogleDrive backend. 
The second argument to QuotaInfo is the amount of free space.
Previously, we were providing the amount of bytes used.

Kenneth Hsu eea479e056 Fix URL for Google Cloud Storage backend. 
This fixes an issue where Google Cloud Storage users encountered the
following exception:

System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

The refactoring in revision 18de687530 ("Updated Put and Createfolder
using WebApi") omitted the "/o" in the endpoint for object uploads.

This addresses issue #3328.

Kenneth Hsu f12858e6a5 Mark fields that shouldn't be reassigned as readonly. 
This makes it explicit at compile-time that these fields should not be
reassigned outside the constructor.
