Kenneth Hsu 2aa76881a5 Mark fields that don't need to be reassigned as readonly. 
This makes it explicit at compile-time that these fields should not be
reassigned outside the constructor.

Kenneth Hsu ee751f218a Test purge operation with simple filter expression. 
This will test the situation described in issue #3927, where the
specified file was kept, and all other files were deleted.

Without the fix in 9333517950 ("Fix query used by purge operation for
case-sensitive fileystems"), this test would pass in AppVeyor (Windows),
but fail in Travis (Linux).

Kenneth Hsu bcb1427b51 Avoid removing test base folder. 
The base folder might contain additional content that the user does not
expect to be deleted.  We should only remove files/folders that we
create in the tests.
