Updated some sub-projects to VS 2008, fixed .Net 3.5 dependencies to 2.0.
Added a language selection option to the settings dialog.

kenneth.skovhede@gmail.com acfcd02a3a Fixed issue #14, and added a more readable output than what was avalible in beta 3. 
Added commandline action to purge the signature cache.
Duplicati now removes files from the signature cache when they are deleted from the backend.

GPG encryption now works correctly.
Asyncronous uploads now work as expected.

Updated to the newest version of LightDataModel.
Switched from duplicity to duplicati, this runs a bit faster.
Now supports authentication on network shares (windows only).
