Cleaned up some output with Backup and compacting.

Implemented better output for Restore.
Fixed a problem with errors during dispose, and a problem with selecting filesets that do not exist.
Fixed a bug with restore if a file existed with some correct data, a copy would be restored with partial data.
Added check to try to avoid excessive restores of the same files if a file in another version already exists.

Added LZMA support based on the code provided by Tobias Käes.
...
Apart from building a binary, some minor fixes were applied to follow the Duplicati style more.
Some variables were renamed, all strings were moved to the resx files, and the compression hint was included.
The compression detection was removed, and now uses the common implementation.

Rewrote the way the database is recreated to ensure greater stability when recovering from a damaged backup.
