3. Run the backup job
4. Restore the files and calculate the hash
5. Use direct Restore and calculate the hash
6. Compare the hashes with the source folder hash

Kenneth Skovhede 79ac19c23e Updated certificate checks to use X509Store from the .Net framework instead of the Mono only X509StoreManager. 
This should remove the warning with no certificates found on newer Mono installs.
