Kenneth Skovhede 93bd5880d9 Updated the way icons are loaded on Linux with Gtk and AppIndicator trayicons. 
The icons are now loaded from SVG to give the best possible resolution.
This fixes #1710

Kenneth Skovhede 9a6bd263cd Default to not attempt to load monomac on 64bit OSX as that crashes.

Kenneth Skovhede 7f33909712 Fixed loading OSX icons without the embedded DPI information. 
Forced size to be 21 px displayed but source is 42px so we get nice looking output on resized displays
