Added guard to prevent reading the stream further if it was already depleted.
...
Without this guard, it would be possible to extend the stream during processing and send wrong blocks forward.
This is likely a fix for issue #1400 and #2402

- Don't use Vacuum() just before PurgeLogData (which performs vacuum() already)
- Removed unncessary poorly performning query (after optimizing it I found out it's unused)
- Correctly log calls for ExecuteScalarInt64

Added extra support code to the failover zip reader.

This should remove the errors in issue #1877 and #1869 .
The real fix for not making the broken archives once the size is over 4GiB is pending an update to SharpCompress.

Fixed an error in renaming absolute Windows paths.
...
Previously, the output of the first replace was never used and therefore the absolute Windows paths were not restored
correctly.
The two patterns (i.e. ?: and \\) are disjoint so rewriting the previous result in case a match is found
for the second one is OK.

Jottacloud backend: Changed to newer REST API - jfs.jottacloud.com instead of www.jottacloud.com, x-jftp-version:2.4 header instead of X-JottaAPIVersion:2.2. Simplified the implementation of uploading, as I found that the method which the official client uses is not the one based on multipart form-data. Fixed deletion, and deleting is now permanent instead of moving to trash.

Untested way of recovering from the "Unknown header" issue with zip files.
...
This should revert from using the "Archive" interface, which uses the central header, to using the "Reader" interface which scans the zip file looking for streams.
It is not tested as I do not have a zip file that exhibits the error yet.

Fixed an issue with the URL parser being a little too flexible, which breaks if the URL has the port component.
...
This change means that URL's in the form `scheme://username:password@server` can no longer have any of the characters `:?/` in the username or password component without encoding.
