kenneth.skovhede@gmail.com 0cd0b4d1c8 Added the cleanup method, this closes #16. 
Fixed a bug where non-modified files were marked as deleted.
Cleaned up the ListContent method to use the same code as the Backup method, this closes #31.
Added a WEBDAV backend for #28, but there is no UI for it yet.
Made most of the work for documenting commandline options, #14.
