I could only reproduce if I kept the status window open,
and then deleted the backup. It now updates the log window
immediately after the delete, if the window is open.

Added a button to purge the cache from the settings menu.
Added a size label to show the size of the signature cache.
Made the ListBackupFiles abort the current action when closed.
Made the ListBackupFiles available from the status window.
Fixed a small problem where all folders were marked as deleted in the previous commit (would only result in missing empty folders on restore).

Fixed issue #42.
Added tooltips to many items to explain the icons.
The EnumerateFileSystemEntries call now uses a callback method, which reduces the need for storing a temporary filelist in memory when it's not needed.
Fixed a display progress updating bug where the progressbar would jump.

Reworked encryption to not support streaming, but only pre/post process encrypted files.
The Get/Put methods in the BackendWrapper now automatically writes/reads from the signature cache.
Introduced a DoubleClickRadioButton for use on the main pages.
Fixed a bug where zero byte files would throw an exception on restore.
Fixed a bug where deleting a folder while building the filelist would interrupt the backup.

Fixed a bug where sorting was invalid, making the differential backups incorrect, may cause problems on restore.
If you have used an SVN build, you should force a full backup, to ensure backup integrity.

Added button to create the remote folder, when using FTP.
This closes#2.
Added progressbars and status text to the status window.
This closes#7.
Fixed issues with interrupted uploads, if there were files, but the manifest was incomplete.
The FTP connection now has keep-alive disabled.
This closes#15.
Fixed#12 for now, the fix could have more grace, but works for now.

Updated to the newest version of LightDataModel.
Switched from duplicity to duplicati, this runs a bit faster.
Now supports authentication on network shares (windows only).
