I changed the implementation so it uses Mono.Data.Sqlite if that is present,
and then fallback to System.Data.SQLite (calling libsqlite).
This fixes the crash on my setup, and I was able to complete a SSH based backup without issues on Ubuntu 12.04.
To prevent compatibility issues, it is possible to revert to the old way of just using
System.Data.SQLite by setting the environment variable "DISABLE_MONO_DATA_SQLITE".

Strangely enough the error only occurs if the code is compiled with the MS compiler and then executed with Mono.

This should not cause any problems because the timer is started at the very last moment, and there should be no work to do after invocation but simply discard the hidden window.
The abort is picked up so the program cleanup-on-exit code is executed as normal.

This enables Duplicati to run under Ubuntu w/ Unity and Mac OSX.
If the OS supports showing the tray (such as with Linux Mint), Duplicati can be started with Duplicati.exe --trayless=false.

Duplicati will not mark backup as having run if the application closes or there is a Windows Shutdown performed.
This will cause Duplicati to run the backup at next start up.

Width of time column in status window widened to fit time with AM/PM
Time displayed for next backup is next scheduled instead of current scheduled as that is simpler to understand.

Duplicati now defaults to not upload a backup if nothing has changed.
This is indicated by a light-green check mark in the status window.
The option --upload-unchanged-backups can be set to revert to the previous way of working.

Such backups will now appear with a red question mark in the status window.

Made a quick-fix to solve the problem in Duplicati.
The SQL parser in LightDataModel should be updated to do all conversions with region insensitive case conversion.

There is now a Google Docs backend.
The API turned out to be broken (or at least hard to use correctly) for uploading files,
so I eventually wrote a custom uploader. The custom uploader can also upload files larger
than 10 MB.
I have tested this with my usual test setup, but let me know if there are any issues with it.
A preview release will be put on the download page asap.
