Updated certificate checks to use X509Store from the .Net framework instead of the Mono only X509StoreManager.

This should remove the warning with no certificates found on newer Mono installs.

The AlphaVSS library now returns path from the listfiles/listfolders without the UNC prefix, so the code re-adds this to ensure the mapping from snapshot path to logical path is maintained.
