Added optional retry's on remote communication.
Reports unexamined files if the total backupsize is too large.

kenneth.skovhede@gmail.com af8039e7f6 Better cleanup of temporary files and folders. 
Removed unused code that was for non-multipass.
Changed the manifest to be an xml document instead, and contain volume hashes instead.
