Kenneth Skovhede 9d95993c73 Add a log out button

Kenneth Skovhede deb9302dd1 Fixed the unauthorized state to show a login option.

Kenneth Skovhede 3f29642f6c Implemented JWT tokens. 
Added auth requirement on all endpoints.
Added SignIn-, Access- and Refresh-Tokens based on JWT.
Upgraded stored password to be based on PBKDF2.
Added default password assignment.
Updated logic to support auth-header and re-sign-in for tray-icon and web-ui.

Re-implemented everything using ASP.NET.
Changed some requests to use JSON instead of FORM data.
Some work towards deleting the FIXMEGlobal instance.
Auth is missing, XSRF does not work correctly.

Jojo-1000 9dbdbb1b2f Show files excluded via 'Exclude' section in source picker. 
Add more metadata to the file list returned by server, so that the source file picker can display filters based on file attributes.
Correctly display 'X' in file list if a file is excluded by attributes and not included as a source (#4751).
Fix directory separator issue when loading the page and prevent opening folders in source file list.

TypeError: Cannot read Property 'Path' of undefined.
Add a break to for loop, thanks @tx0h (#4997).

* Remove empty '\' entries from restore picker.

The paths are split by dirsep, but directories end with it, which results in an empty part at the end.

Direct import of PR#4978
Update web UI for new result reports.
For operations with fatal errors, write logs to same operation ID.
Test that Interrupted flag is correct in RunScriptTests.
Update backup log display for new result reporting.
Hide file statistics for fatal errors and change fatal icon.

Dean Ferreyra ff91c47f68 Fix restore GUI for filters with wildcard characters 
Change RestoreController.js to handle the case where the selected
restore paths contain literal wildcard characters.  For files, prefix
with `@`.  For directories, convert to regular expression filters so
that we can preserve the literal wildcard characters and also support
the equivalent of a globbing `*` suffix.

BlueBlock 08e2c18185 add handling of a partial backup 
- add backup state to DB table 'fileset' (job database upgrade to version 10)
- modify the Restore page dropdown to display if a backup is "partial"
- modify retention logic to remove partial backups only when the next recent full-backup has been removed
