Added a delete page with options to delete the local database, as well as the remote files.
Added a captcha to protect against automated attacks that would attempt to delete the remote files.

This fixes #1201

Kenneth Skovhede ba94d36a80 Added auto-update for WindowsService and Service. 
Needs some work otherwise the service will auto-update with a new sub-folder instead of autoupdate from the source folder.

Pls export po files. Do we have a working workflow to fix strings in source language? I am used to working with language files that are directly used by the binaries so that you can modify source and target strings as you like.
