Kenneth Skovhede d101f91c94 Fixed support for metadata larger than blocksize. Now supports one full blocklist of metadata, appx 300mb with default settings. 
Added correct handling of metadata hashes, such that a metadata blockset is now handled the same was as a regular file blockset.
The query that creates the filesets does not support more than a single blocklist of metadata, hence the limitiation.

Kenneth Skovhede 8b448408b3 Cleaned up the border-tests and added a check for restore. 
The mixed-hash tests fail the restore for files smaller than blocksize, so they are commented out, but should be fixed soon.

Kenneth Skovhede b9aacdd243 Changed to manually normalizing the path as Syste.IO.GetFullPath can return the trailing slash on some versions of Mono and that breaks reporting symlinks. 
This new normalization also handles the POISX filesystem root path ("/").
