Kenneth Skovhede fed160fa1c Implemented chunked-resumeable uploads for Google Drive for issue #1347. 
Implemented a Google Cloud Storage backend, which closes #784.
This also adds support for Nearline and DRA so it closes #1385.

Kenneth Skovhede 3df23ae86e Rewrote the way direct restore works, so it requires less initial download by only building filelists on request. 
The final restore is also optimized so the db is rebuilt to track only the blocks relevant for the files to restore.
This fixes #1264.
