Kenneth Hsu 15996ec4ae Remove unit test result reporter job. 
Although this displays the test failures more clearly, it doesn't handle
matrix builds that well.  The failures aren't really differentiated per
job (Linux vs. Windows), and this also adds a test result reporter job
(successful), as well as a Tests Results job, which fails if a test
fails.  This makes the list of jobs that appear next to a commit a bit
messy.

Kenneth Hsu fbf92f2cd9 Define step to restore NuGet packages. 
This action will add nuget to your $PATH on all operating systems,
including macOS and linux, without having to prefix it with mono.

Kenneth Hsu 88f6b1e55e Update SSH.NET to version 2020.0.1. 
From the release notes:

Even though RFC 4253 requires that an identification string MUST be
terminated by a carriage return and line feed, this fix restores support
for banners and identification strings that are only terminated by a
line feed.

This is a workaround for an issue in version 7.4 of OpenSSH which was
fixed in version 7.5.

Fix login with revese proxy with base uri

I have duplicati on hostname/duplicati/, ./login.cgi requests to auth were working, sent to /duplicati/login.cgi which proxies to duplicati docker instance, however it was redirected to hostname/ instead of hostname/duplicati/. Changing / to ./ fixes it
