Exception was bundled in the innerexception and thus the catch statement was not functioning as expected.

Additionally adding ? operator to the  ApplicationExitEvent ServerStartedEvent events.

Kenneth Skovhede 586c08522e Implemented async method for Test, CreateFolder and Quota in all backends. 
Still missing the List and DNSHostnames.
The AsyncRequest class is also preventing many backends from fully upgrading.
