BlueBlock cc0b0472dc codacy is very particular with sql 
codacy uses sqlint so formatting looks to be inportant or an error is found.
Format the SQL using sqlint or a tool that uses sqlint such as https://www.onlinegdb.com/online_sqlite_editor and run Beautify.

BlueBlock e485ba752b purge test should now expect 1 and not 4 filesets 
For this test the last 3 of the 4 filesets are now partials that follow a full backup. So the count is 1 now instead of 4.

Kenneth Hsu 1d7e7a6f32 Ignore BulkData tests in AppVeyor. 
While the 60 minute time limit no longer appears to be a problem, the
test data contains paths whose fully qualified file name is greater than
the maximum allowed length on Windows.

Kenneth Hsu bcb1427b51 Avoid removing test base folder. 
The base folder might contain additional content that the user does not
expect to be deleted.  We should only remove files/folders that we
create in the tests.
