This reverts commit 2c9fabd2ed.
This is a placeholder message that is intended to be used with the code
for each error and log message. The idea is that the commandline will
use the code to provide a link to the forum, searching for the code,
such that it is easy to maintain a list of help links.
This removes the documentation for default filters, and replaces it with documentation about filter groups (based in large part on what was already included with the initial filter groups change).
All documentation about the --include and --exclude parameters should now mention (at least in passing) the option to use filter groups.
Common is now always included with default filters.
The Platform behavior (of using the set corresponding to the current operating system) is available by using the flag without giving it a value.
