Do not remove Alpha VSS dependencies in installer packages.
...
Although these are not needed for the Linux and OS X packages, it
appears that there are times when this dependency is woken up, possibly
due to issues regarding caching and static initialization of the
VssBackupComponents._vssBackupComponents field.
This fixes #4149 .

Fixed the OSX launch system to also support Homebrew mono.
...
Fixed the build system to build a dmg from a zip file.
Added pkg installer that checks for a running instance and optionally installs a LaunchAgent to start Duplicati on login.
