Carl Johnsen 85e6f45338 Moved some of the commits to transactions outside of database methods, as this more closely mimics the commit flow of the old IDb backend. 
This was especially needed due to the Microsoft.Data.Sqlite backend not supporting nested transactions.

Kenneth Skovhede fe866ceb9f Implemented support for repairing the database when only parts of the source data is available. 
This repair will leave the database in a still-broken state, but if this is run prior to purge-broken-files, less data will be lost.

Also updated the purge-broken-files operation to keep files and directories in the set, if they are only missing metadata.

Kenneth Skovhede 0a7a1cd689 Added option to set the SQLite page cache 
This adds an extra option to allow setting the SQLite page cache size as a regular option.

Prior to this commit it was only possible to set the SQLite page cache size via environment variables.

The option to use environment variables is preserved, and as options from the environment variable are applied after the new setting, environment variables take precedence.

The default value for the new option is to use 1% of the system memory for the page cache. For the restore process, a connection per worker may be made which defaults to half the number of cores, so the maximum amount of memory is 1% * half the CPU cores.

This is just the upper limit, and SQLite may choose not to use all of it.

This fixes #6178

Kenneth Hsu 9333517950 Fix query used by purge operation for case-sensitive fileystems. 
The table we are inserting into should contain the files that are to be
deleted, not the files that are to be kept.

This fixes issue #3927.

BlueBlock 08e2c18185 add handling of a partial backup 
- add backup state to DB table 'fileset' (job database upgrade to version 10)
- modify the Restore page dropdown to display if a backup is "partial"
- modify retention logic to remove partial backups only when the next recent full-backup has been removed

Kenneth Hsu f12858e6a5 Mark fields that shouldn't be reassigned as readonly.

Kenneth Skovhede 842fd96543 Implemented a new logging system that is more transparent and allows a more granular way of picking log messages. 
Added ID's to each log message and each exception to allow later introduction of a Knowledgebase service that explains each error in more detail.
