gpatel-frandGitHub 0de4cb7968 allow full-remote-verification to target only list and index files (#5037) 
The option is turned into an enum with values True, False, ListIndexes
True and False are for compatibility with the existing backups.
ListIndexes is equivalent to True but don't handle block volumes.
This is to make more workable a strategy of full remote testing
after each backup.

Kenneth Hsu 14de767738 Fix misleading error message about missing source path. 
The source path can be a file, so the error message should not assume
that the path represents a folder.  This also provides the user with
some hints on what steps should be taken to address the issue.

This fixes #3522.

Kenneth Hsu 8bf9c73dbc Clarify help text for verification options. 
This will hopefully make it clearer that the files being selected for
verification are those on the remote backend, and not user files that
are being backed up.

Kenneth Skovhede 52cb9fb1f9 Removed the deprecated --store-metadata option. 
Rewrote the logic for pre-filtering files based on timestamps/metadata to be more verbose and well documented.
Fixed an issue where `--check-filetime-only` also checked the file size, which was not present due to the reduced query used to grab only the lastmodified information.
Fixed a problem where the check for existing metadata was wrong and produced a warning.

This fixes #3204
This handles some of #3194

Kenneth Skovhede bebe0d8772 Added check to avoid restoring metadata on a symlink, as that would change the symlink target, not the symlink itself. 
Added an option to revert to the previous behaviour as well.
