Tyler Gill d4865eb4cd Add default filters parameter, and some built-in default filter sets. 
These sets are essentially blacklists for many common files and paths on different platforms that don't need to be backed up.

Tyler Gill 5c7500973e Add support for wildcards in source paths on Windows. 
This causes backup to run for the given path on all drives, and can be useful in the case where removable drives may change letters randomly.

Kenneth Skovhede 19a040970f Implemented call-context aware settings for HTTP options, temp folder settings, buffers sizes and oauth settings. 
This makes it more smooth to run multiple operations in parellel, but it should be possible to launch an operation in a separate app-domain

Dan Stahr 4d98960e75 Fixed empty block handling. 
Previously, empty files were associasted with empty blocks. These blocks were added to volumes which could result in empty, but valid volumes being garbage collected and valid file entries deleted.

This change changes the logic so that empty blocks are not stored at all.
