Untested way of recovering from the "Unknown header" issue with zip files.
...
This should revert from using the "Archive" interface, which uses the central header, to using the "Reader" interface which scans the zip file looking for streams.
It is not tested as I do not have a zip file that exhibits the error yet.

Fixed an issue with the URL parser being a little too flexible, which breaks if the URL has the port component.
...
This change means that URL's in the form `scheme://username:password@server` can no longer have any of the characters `:?/` in the username or password component without encoding.

Updating the SQLite library on Windows to 1.0.104.0.

The Linux version use Mono.Data.SQLite if possible, and otherwise attempts to wrap the system sqlite.so.
This fixes #2144
