Fix hidden username and password options when changing backends. ( #4973 )

Remove username and password from target options if the backend does not show the input fields.
The username and password options are stored in different variables than the other backend options. Therefore, they are only visible if the backend supports them.
Closes #3082

Instead of selecting the first matching in list, which does not recognize regexp without ? or *, choose the type with longest prefix and suffix.

Fix UI display of filtered files with wildcards.
...
The previous JS code incorrectly converted glob expressions to regexp which prevented them from showing the correct file states in the list.
This was only a UI bug and has no effect on the backend.

Replace usages of deprecated S3 options in UI.

The old option names were deprecated in pull request #4443 . However, we
forgot to replace the usages in the UI code, which could result in the
user encountering some unnecessary warnings.
This fixes #4461 .

Remove Telegram backend.
...
The TLSharp library has some issues and the behavior of the Telegram
backend is not reliable.
Some alternative libraries for communicating with the Telegram API are
TgSharp, TDLib and TdSharp.
This fixes #4424 .
