HTTP/2 does not support statusText, and proxies might replace it. Use the response body instead.

Jojo-1000 e2569cca68 Improve filter UI type matching. 
Instead of selecting the first matching in list, which does not recognize regexp without ? or *, choose the type with longest prefix and suffix.

Jojo-1000 b94734498e Fix filter options for web UI command line. 
Only the last exclude or include option was sent to the backend.
Now all include and exclude options are used.

Jojo-1000 7a3dece44a Fix UI display of filtered files with wildcards. 
The previous JS code incorrectly converted glob expressions to regexp which prevented them from showing the correct file states in the list.
This was only a UI bug and has no effect on the backend.

Kenneth Hsu a007107a1a Remove duplicate entries from advanced options list. 
Since the IConnectionModule interface implements the IGenericModule
interface, we do not need to add the connection modules separately.

This addresses issue #2184.
