This leaves the current program behaviour as close as possible to the original behaviour
(with the exception of the byte by byte feeding to the hash algorithm which was probably
a bug)
* Increase block size ro 8MB to make the process faster and still light on
memory on a low memory machine
* Added a --quiet argument to reduce very verbose output.
The TLSharp library has some issues and the behavior of the Telegram
backend is not reliable.
Some alternative libraries for communicating with the Telegram API are
TgSharp, TDLib and TdSharp.
This fixes#4424.

changes made to 85139f86f2.
The required libraries are already included in
Duplicati/Library/Backend/Tardigrade and copied to the output directory.
The extra storj_uplink.dll file in the output directory (caused when
releases are built on macOS) was causing spurious
BadImageFormatExceptions.
This fixes#4434.

Although this displays the test failures more clearly, it doesn't handle
matrix builds that well. The failures aren't really differentiated per
job (Linux vs. Windows), and this also adds a test result reporter job
(successful), as well as a Tests Results job, which fails if a test
fails. This makes the list of jobs that appear next to a commit a bit
messy.
