Dean Ferreyra f53876d0a4 Fix Recovery Tool handling of paths with dashes 
In Duplicati.CommandLine.RecoveryTool, the `index` and `list` commands
do not recognize Duplicati backup files when those files are in paths
containing dashes.

For example, without this change, if you call
```
Duplicati.CommandLine.RecoveryTool index C:\Temp\duplicati-tests\recovery-tool\backup-files
```
the Duplicati backup files are displayed, but the recovery tool
reports "Not a Duplicati file, ignoring" for each of them.

This is somewhat redundant since the RestoreHandler verifies the hash of
the restored file, but it doesn't hurt to check again.

Jon Schewe e41c0d8bf9 Catch compression errors and report them 
When the file list is over 4GB one needs to have the zip64 option
enabled. This commit catches the exception and reports it as an error so
that the user knows what the problem is.

Fixes duplicati/duplicati#/4206

Jon Schewe 7294befad9 Remove try/catch that is hiding errors 
The try/catch here was hiding timeouts fetching the test files. This
logic appears to be for handling a very old version of S3. They should
not be needed anymore.
