purge test should now expect 1 and not 4 filesets
...
For this test the last 3 of the 4 filesets are now partials that follow a full backup. So the count is 1 now instead of 4.

Ignore BulkData tests in AppVeyor.
...
While the 60 minute time limit no longer appears to be a problem, the
test data contains paths whose fully qualified file name is greater than
the maximum allowed length on Windows.
